Merry Christmas Everybody

There was a good turn-out for the last training session of 2017 on Sunday, December 17.

Twenty-five hardy souls squelched around in the rain and cold in two matches.

Afterwards, they adjourned to the Mount Pleasant for a pre-Christmas drink and nibbles.

The date had a special meaning for Ray Woodhall; it was 12 months to the day after he suffered his headline-grabbing heart attack.

Mercifully, ever-popular Ray was fighting fit on his 'anniversary' and we wish him - and all members - a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Training will resume on Sunday, January 7.
