Do you want to play for fun and fitness or to compete at the highest levels?
Either way there is a training session to suit you, See the below list for the days and times we are currently holding sessions.
Please ensure you contact us prior to attending your first session so we can ensure you are directed to the correct session and that space is available for everyone
Members are respectfully asked to arrive for training sessions at Least 10 minutes prior to stated start times so Coaches can organise teams and no time is wasted.
Mens Squad Training
7.00pm until 8.00pm
This session is for current squad members from all age groups and players invited by the Team managers to take part. The pace will be fast and expect it to be competitive
Non Squad Training
7.00pm until 8.00pm Session 1
8.00pm until 9.00pm Session 2
10.00am until 11.00am
All of the above are mixed sessions for Men and Women of all abilities to come along and boost your fitness playing a fun sport. Whether you have played at the highest levels or a complete novice you will be welcome.
Womens Squad Training
12.00pm until 1.30pm
A session aimed at the development of the women's team. Women over the age of 40 ideally are invited to try the sport either for the first time or for the first time in a while.
Hartshill Healthwise Training
5.00pm until 6.00pm
This session is for those who have had or are having health issues such as Parkinsons, heart, stroke, MS, Joint replacement, Diabetes, or recovering from long term injury, long-term health condition.
The aim is to get fitter, healthier, improve mental healthcare and make new friends too as the social side and support to each other is an important part of these sessions
