Do you want to play for fun and fitness or to compete at the highest levels?
Either way there is a training session to suit you.
Please ensure you contact us prior to attending your first session so we can ensure you are directed to the correct session and that space is available for everyone
Members are respectfully asked to arrive for training sessions at Least 10 minutes prior to stated start times so Coaches can organise teams and no time is wasted.
Mens Squad Training
Wednesday Night 7.00pm until 8.00pm
This session is for current squad members from all age groups and players invited by the Team manager to take part. The pace will be fast and expect it to be competitive
Non Squad Training
Thursdays 8.00pm until 9.00pm
Sundays 10.00am until 11.00am
A mixed session for Men and Women of all abilities to come along and boost your fitness playing a fun sport. Whether you have played at the highest levels or a complete novice you will be welcome.
Womens Squad Training
Sunday 12.00pm until 1.30pm
A new session led by Jay Adams to develop the women's team. Women over the age of 40 ideally are invited to try the sport either for the first time or for the first time in a while.
